Accessibility Statement

M-Sport Equipment Ltd is committed to making the NextBaller storefront accessible in accordance with the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) and its transposition under Cypriot law. This statement applies to all pages served under this domain.

1. Conformance status

We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA and the harmonised European standard EN 301 549. The storefront is currently partially compliant: substantial parts of the site meet the standard, but known limitations remain (listed below) and are being actively remediated.

2. Known limitations

The following areas do not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We are working to fix them:

  • Sign-in, sign-up, and password-reset pages render the form title using a styled block element rather than a document-level heading; remediation is planned so each authentication page exposes a top-level heading to assistive technology.
  • The storefront is currently available in English only. A Greek (ελληνικά) translation is planned for the Cypriot market.

3. Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on the basis of a self-assessment carried out internally, combining manual keyboard and screen-reader testing with automated checks. It was last reviewed in April 2026.

4. Feedback and contact

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this site, or if you need information published here in an alternative accessible format, please contact us at info@nextballer.eu. We aim to respond within 14 days.

5. Enforcement procedure

If you are not satisfied with our response to your feedback, you may lodge a complaint with the competent Cypriot market-surveillance authority for accessibility of products and services, or with the Cyprus Consumer Protection Service. You may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
